Web Developer
Etna Interactive, a web development and online marketing firm in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a Web Developer with at least 1 year of related experience. As a member of the Creative Services team, the Web Developer role supports the department and our clients by providing an array of well-built, creative web content. This coder is efficient, effective and accountable for completing projects to the clients' satisfaction while adhering to company values and respecting constraints.

Key Qualifications
Because our small firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space, our clients expect and deserve the attention of an experienced professional with:
- An understanding of and ability to write compliant, search engine friendly HTML and CSS without WYSIWYG dependence
- Ability to approach problem solving systematically and uncover ways to accelerate or automate workflow
- General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a specific focus on Dreamweaver for coding and Photoshop to efficiently crop, scale, color adjust and save web-ready images
- Proficiency in managing competing priorities while staying on top of many details
- Ability to Collaborate effectively with the creative services and internal account management teams
- A sense of humor and optimistic attitude
- A love for process and an eye for details
- Intuition and skill to recognize when and how to add value to tasks
- Ability to self motivate and be accountable for a quality work product
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Natural desire to "think on your feet"
