Etna Interactive strives to serve the elective healthcare community through the periodic donation of services.
The entire Etna Interactive team reviews and approves the donation of services and technology on a quarterly basis. Donation requests will be reviewed in March, June, September and December. All requests will receive thoughtful consideration and a timely response.
To have your organization considered for a donation or sponsorship, a written request must be submitted, along with a description of the organization and how Etna Interactive can help.
We know that donation requests can be difficult to compose. Any format is acceptable; however, you may take time to include:
- Name and address of your organization
- Contact person, their telephone number and e-mail contact information
- Purpose and mission of the organization
- A list of your board of directors with their occupations/community affiliations
- How Etna Interactive can help you satisfy your purpose and mission
- Who will be served by our donation or sponsorship
- A copy of the most recent determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service recognizing tax exempt status of the organization under Section 501 (c)(3)
- Financial Statement showing the percentage of administrative costs to total budget
Requests may be emailed, mailed or faxed to:
