Online Marketing Advice Newsletter - Issue 15 |
|
April 17, 2008
Thanks to last week's coverage in The New York Times, I've been fielding dozens of calls from doctors across the country who recognize they need a little help online. With the flurry of activity, I haven't had a free moment to compose the final installment in our series on lead management. Instead, this week I'd like to take a moment to plug two great resources; one that's free and one available for a small fee.
The free resource is a short guide from Etna to help your staff better understand and how to get more of your clients' loan applications in the 'APPROVED' pile. Just click the link below to download the PDF. And you might consider investing in the Exceptional Receptionist Guide Book and Flip Chart. Catherine Maley sent us a copy to review; a summary of our findings follows.

Product Review: Exceptional Receptionist |
|
Catherine Maley over at Cosmetic Image Marketing has developed a short training manual and quick reference Flip Book for your receptionist. After we published Does your front office suck?, she sent us a copy asking for our feedback. I found the Guide Book to be full of helpful operational advice, although I'd love to see more sample dialogues and exercises to help practices role-play calls in a future edition. The quick reference Flip Chart is a great tool for your front office staff – my favorite tab is loaded with tips on "What Not To Say / What To Say."
The package is normally a bit pricey at $395, but Etna clients get a 50% discount through April 31, 2008. Just call them directly at (877) 339-8833 and mention Etna to get the Guide Book and Flip Chart for $198.
