Client Satisfaction Survey Results

Each year Etna elicits feedback from our clients in the form of a Client Satisfaction Survey. Though we continually encourage our clients to voice concerns, complaints or compliments, as they deem necessary, this survey allows us to assess our overall effectiveness.

These are the results of Etna's most recent Client Satisfaction Survey. 56% of all clients responded. Each score is averaged and based on a scale from 1 (very poor) to 7 (excellent).
