Etna Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency serving private and group medical practices and spas, is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Chief Creative and Marketing Officer (CCMO). As the CCMO at Etna Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the worlds of strategic marketing and creative content.   • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What will you do as the CCMO at Etna Interactive?

At a high level, the CCMO has the following responsibilities:

  • Provides our teams with strategic guidance on the unified application of creative concepts and marketing tactics to achieve agency and client goals.
  • Gains a deep understanding of clients’ needs, industries, and target audiences to inform the development of original, reproducible, and scalable marketing products and campaigns.
  • Oversees team productivity and assures the on-time completion of all planned creative and marketing projects.
  • Stays updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and routinely refines existing tactics, or introduces new ones, to drive results. Maintains mastery of online advertising mechanics and analytics.
  • Leads the development of innovative and engaging concepts for digital marketing campaigns, websites, apps, and other digital assets.
  • Ensures that all digital materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, consistent with brand identity and online marketing best practices, and demonstrably valuable to our clients.
  • Helps our teams to prioritize user experience in the design of our websites and campaigns. Routinely tests design choices to enhance performance.
  • Utilizes data and analytics systematically to measure campaign effectiveness, makes data-driven decisions, and optimizes strategies and tactics for better performance.
  • Builds and guides high-performing creative and marketing teams, fostering innovation, and providing mentorship for professional growth.
  • Focuses on generating qualified leads for new business opportunities through marketing efforts that drive brand recognition, while also supporting client relationships by demonstrating the agency’s capabilities and expertise.


The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
