Description:

Etna Interactive is seeking an Account Executive to support clients in the growth of their businesses and in the adoption of our products and services. You’ll plan, guide, measure and refine communication, marketing, engineered solutions and advertising programs. Account Executives consult with customers to help them maximize return on their online marketing efforts. As their trusted marketing advisor, you’ll actively engage clients with your expert advice and offer information in response to inquiries about business development opportunities. Additionally, you will actively promote marketing products and services as well as handle and resolve client issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide client relationships
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client
  • Manage client budget and creative approvals
  • Lead on management of and reporting on success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reports
  • Develops project scopes, marketing briefs, assists in developing strategy, secures approval on strategy and manages to achieve goals and objectives
  • Partners with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics and campaigns
  • Manages and secures client approvals of scope of work, project estimates, invoices and works with client to update status and revise project scopes as necessary
  • Interprets client requests and data and writes effective tickets and scopes of work
  • Analyzes data and account performance and reports to client on a monthly basis
  • Builds and presents client-facing seasonal marketing plans

Requirements:

Our firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space; our clients expect and deserve the attention of a professional with:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, SAAS)
  • Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships with clients
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients
  • Knowledge and experience in online marketing and advertising practices
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence (EQ), be a strong client advocate, be self-driven, and able to manage their own book of business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology or related field preferred
