Description:

Etna Interactive, a digital marketing agency in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a full time Manager of Project Operations with at least 3 years of experience managing people in web related projects. The Manager of Project Operations is accountable for leading the project management office to influence best practices are implemented, to ensure projects are done timely, within budget and that the deliverables are met.

This role works with our Account Executives, production teams and clients to execute all the work we do at Etna. Therefore, you must have exceptional technical, organizational and communication skills and be a great team player.

Since most of our clients are medical professionals, you’ll also need to balance continued learning about website projects with new medical concepts. The volume, complexity and intensity of work are unlike anything most people have experienced, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates a good challenge.

While a well-developed skill set and innate intelligence will get you in the door, a great personality that complements our team is a must. We’re a staff of over-achievers and life-long learners; still, we manage to squeeze fun into the mix every chance we get.
