Are you a guru of internal and external customer service?

The Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for the first impression of Etna Interactive. This position is highly impactful to incoming client phone calls, internal customers as well as potential candidates awaiting their interviews. A welcoming and friendly demeanor is a must. The administrative and client success (sales) support functions are also principal to this role. The Administrative Coordinator is prominently visible to all in the organization as it is a highly communicative role. This role’s success depends heavily on superb communication skills, attention to detail, a keen ability to swiftly execute on multiple priorities and providing uncommonly good customer service.

Must Haves:

  1. Excellent Customer Service: High level communication skills combined with a welcoming energy to exude the best on behalf of Etna internally and externally to our clients.
  2. Administration Support: Willing to jump in and assist with projects, ordering supplies, distribution of Monday updates and assisting our facilities coordinator when they are not available.
  3. Client Success (Sales) Support: Superb client outreach, tracking and auditing abilities.
  4. Software Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Word.
