Description:

Etna Interactive, a web development and online marketing firm in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a Director of Client Success with at least 5 years of senior management and digital agency leadership experience. The Director of Client Success is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities, targeted to existing and new markets, to promote sales growth and attainment of company revenue goals. You will lead and provide vision to the teams responsible for client strategy and retention, driving creative, long-term client solutions that add value and profitability, inspiring team accountability, and exceeding client expectations. Etna requires a leader with strong empathy for clients AND passion for revenue and growth. You must have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models with an enthusiastic and creative ability to inspire others.
