Background

Primera Plastic Surgery is an expansive, multi-location practice that meets the head-to-toe aesthetic needs of patients throughout the Orlando metro area. As the founder of this surgical center, medical spa and salon Dr. Edward Gross wanted a cohesive site that emphasized his brand on every page. With a clean design based on Primera's existing logo, our creative team was able to develop a beautiful, easily navigable site that encourages potential patients to get educated and take action.

Get to know your doctor

Dr. Gross is widely known for his advancements in facial plastic surgery and skin care. We wanted to feature this "rock star" doctor prominently, and did so with captivating images of the surgeon and his staff in action.

"Rhinoplasty is arguably the most challenging of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring 3-dimensional knowledge of anatomy and nasal function, and an artistic eye for beauty."

– Dr. Gross

Primera is a leader in their market. They had a ton of great information and assets on their old site, but it was convoluted. We worked with Dr. Gross and his team to reorganize things to make it more accessible to the visitor. Plus, the redesign won a pretty nice award, too!"

It's all here

To reinforce the full-service, patient-centered messaging of the brand, we showcased Primera's upscale facility, which features a luxurious salon & spa in addition to an AAAASF-accredited surgical and recovery facility.

On Page Photo Gallery

Etna added on-page photo galleries to Primera's procedure pages, allowing prospective patients to get the full picture. This unique feature works as an interactive visual aid, breaking up and enhancing the copy while providing patients with a more complete understanding of their desired procedures.

Video Testimonials

Hearing reviews from previous patients is often the little nudge prospective patients need to contact a practice. With on-page video testimonials and informative clips from the doctor, patients are better prepared for both the surgical experience and their interactions with the medical and office staff.
